We treat our candidates and clients equally and we aim to build a long-term relationship with them. We serve clients at every level of their organization as a trusted advisor or coach.  For every engagement, we will assemble a team of professionals most suitable for your business. We will have a confidential discussion to understand your company culture, needs, to discuss your challenge, our proposed solution, timeline, delivery and implementation strategy.

Once we have designed the target universe, we will identify and approach potential candidates. We will endeavor to understand their career to see if there is a fit in the role we are engaged on.  We will provide career advise to them as well. Once we have submitted a shortlist of the best suitable candidates, we will work closely with clients to arrange the necessary interviews. 

At the final stage, we will conduct further reference check, degree verification and background check on the final candidate/s. We will offer our clients for further psychometric assessment if necessary. 

Once the successful candidate has been placed, we will keep in touch with them on their 1st month, 3rd month, 6th month until one year on the job to see how they progress.
