Assessment & Shortlist

We conduct at least 2 rounds of interview and evaluate candidates based on their competencies, skills, and experience, ensuring the right fit in terms of cultural alignment and runway for success. Our detailed assessment process includes the use of advanced psychometric tools or leadership assessment tools to determine the candidates’ aptitude and alignment with your organization’s values. We will conduct several rounds of reference checks, degree verification, and background checks on the final candidates

Offer Negotiation & Closure

Throughout the entire search process, we coordinate interviews, assist with offer negotiations, successful resignation and ensure a timely commencement date and smooth onboarding experience for the successful candidate.
