Ivy is one of the pioneers of Agilis HR Consulting, a leadership advisory and executive search firm based in Singapore. With the aim of helping clients in building an efficient and successful organization, Ivy specializes in executive search and personally coaches leaders (both current and future ones) in various industries.

Ivy has more than 16 years of senior executive search experience; she manages client relationships, as an advisor for their strategic leadership needs in the APAC region. She personally leads and has always been highly focused in her search assignments. Her track record in search and advisory work has been in several industries including Industrial, Consumer, Life Sciences and Technology.

In 2000, Ivy embarked into executive search industry in Tokyo Japan with a US-based recruitment firm, Hudson (formerly known as Morgan & Banks) as a consultant in the Advanced Technology and Industrial Practices. Located in the then newly established Tokyo office that time, she successfully executed numerous mid to senior level positions with start up and established multinational firms in Tokyo and Osaka Japan. With a demonstrated strong business acumen and passion to keep abreast of market trends, Ivy pioneered the Healthcare & Life Sciences practice, building it from scratch in 2003. In that role, she serviced a broad spectrum of clients in the sector, including those in medical devices/equipment, pharmaceuticals, biotech, life sciences and healthcare, both in Japan and across Asia. She added value to her clients by providing them with creative solutions for their talent acquisition needs. She also worked extensively in the talent development space as well. Ivy left Tokyo and started a family life in Singapore where she joined one of the top global search firm, Heidrick & Struggles in the capacity of a Senior Associate in 2008. She later joined another executive search firm called BTI Consultants which is under a US based listed company called Kelly Services as the Business Head for more than 3 years. She turned around the business to be in the executive search space.

Given the changes in the talent landscape and a strong passion to help talented professionals, Ivy pursued coaching courses in 2013. She is now a certified Marshall Goldsmith Stakeholder Center Executive Coach.

Ivy holds a Bachelor’s of Arts Degree in International Studies from De La Salle University, Philippines. She is a 1996 recipient of the Japanese Government Scholarship (Monbusho), and completed a Japanese language course in Waseda University, Tokyo, Japan. She completed her MBA Degree focusing in Strategic Management in Kokushikan University in 2000. Ivy is fluent in English, Japanese, Filipino, Mandarin Chinese and Hokkien dialect.

Ivy currently resides in Singapore with her family. She continuously supports causes for women and children, most especially for kids with special needs.
